My journey started after my first pregnancy, when I struggled with fatigue, gut health issues, and the endless pressure to “bounce back.” Counting macros and quick fixes only left me more exhausted. So, I went back to my roots in nutrition and kinesiology, paired it with mindfulness and yoga, and began creating a framework that actually felt doable.
Now, with a Master’s in Nutrition & Food Biosciences, certifications in nutrition, yoga, and life coaching, I’ve helped dozens of women feel empowered to nourish themselves and their families without guilt or overwhelm. My approach blends science with soul—because wellness isn’t just about the food on your plate, it’s about your mindset, daily rituals, and the way you feel in your own body.
